Trek Across Maine 2017

The Trek Across Maine is a 3-day, 180 mile cycling event from the mountains of Sunday River to the sea in Belfast. As the largest fundraising event of its kind in the nation for the American Lung Association, the trek has raised more than $24 million in the past 30+ years. Join more than 2,000 cyclists and 750 volunteers on this one of a kind journey.

Marguerite Zorach – An Art-Filled Life is an exhibition that brings together sixty paintings and textiles by Marguerite Thompson Zorach made between 1910 and 1965. In highlighting her contributions as a modernist who helped changed the course of American art, the Farnsworth presents the full range of her skills.

The 4th annual 317 House Party is a fun, informal evening at 317 Main to celebrate and support the community. The event features live music performed by teaching artists, great food and drink, and a live auction under a tent. All proceeds benefit 317 Main.

GORP is not your average cocktail party. Leave your ties and dresses at home, and roll up in your favorite vintage flannel or your most well-worn hiking boots. We’ll have outdoor games, our ever-popular raffle, fresh Oxbow on tap, and treats from your favorite local eateries. All proceeds from GORP support the 70-mile trail network that make Greater Portland beautiful.
