Portland Symphony Annual Wine Dinner & Auction

The annual Wine Dinner brings together fine wine, five of Portland’s top chefs, excellent music, and one-of-a-kind auction items that together create an unforgettable evening at The Haraseekett Inn

This year, featured Austrian, French, and German wines from Schatzi Wines. This event promises to be a culinary experience of world-class food paired with superb wines. Chefs, representing the best Maine has to offer in creative cuisine, will prepare each course to complement the wine selections. Our chefs for this year’s event included:

Sam Hayward: Fore Street and Scales, Portland
Brian Hill: Francine Bistro, Camden
Krista Kern Desjarlais: The Purple House, North Yarmouth and Bresca & the Honey Bee, New Gloucester
Troy Mains: Harraseeket Inn, Freeport
Cara Stadler: Tao Yuan, Brunswick, BaoBao Dumpling House and Lio, Portland
