The Art of Living, #76

Does life truly imitate art? When we acknowledge the creativity of our spirits, and seek to find beauty in the world around us, our lives are immeasurably enriched.  Artist Abbie Williams and attorney/photographer Jack Montgomery help us explore the connection between wellness and ‘living artfully.’

“For me painting is all about color and shape, texture and energy. Anything can be a foil and the painting surface is what invites me to submerge myself. It is a dance and a challenge. The unique aspect of being an artist is that painting uses all the senses as well as being physically demanding. When I am done with a painting I feel drained but immensely complete.”
