Dr. Jim Krebs

James Krebs received his bachelor of science in pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University  and a doctor of pharmacy degree from the University of Rhode Island in. He is currenting pursuing a Master of Science in Medical Education Leadership.

Dr. Krebs’ diverse career includes practice in long-term care, community, and hospital settings. He started his career at Mid Coast Hospital in Brunswick in as a staff and clinical pharmacist. In 1999 he joined King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia where he enjoyed his role as a clinical pharmacy specialist in oncology/hematology and preceptor for pharmacy students from King Saud University. Upon his return in  2001, he worked for Miles Memorial Hospital in Damariscotta and St. Andrews Hospital in Boothbay Harbor as a clinical pharmacist. In this role he also participated in community-based services including diabetes and COPD management groups. Most recently he held a management position with Walgreens. He has proudly precepted pharmacy students for more than ten years.
