Andrea King is passionate about helping women feel comfortable and confident with their bodies. King launched Aristelle in 2012 and now operates two bra-fitting and lingerie boutiques in Portland, Maine, and Burlington, Vermont, and has plans for more. The lingerie business is a shift from her prior career at the World Bank in Washington, D.C. and the European Bank in London. Aristelle won the lingerie industry’s Best of Intima Marketing Award for its innovative ads using women of different ages, shapes, and sizes, as well as Best Concept Store in North America. King is a graduate of London Business School’s Executive MBA program and holds a BA in Russian and philosophy and an MA in international relations. She is a native of St. John’s, Newfoundland.
