We are now accepting submissions for our new WedMaine guide and special print section.

We’re celebrating new beginnings this year by bringing back our popular WedMaine guide in a new format. In the coming months we’ll be launching an online WedMaine guide filled with beautiful Maine weddings to inspire you and resources to help you plan your special day. We’ll also be publishing a special WedMaine section of our favorite weddings in Maine magazine’s July issue.

But we need your help. If you are a photographer who has shot a Maine wedding in the past two years and would like to be featured online or in the July issue, please follow the instructions below on how to submit your photographs. We will be publishing inspiring weddings online throughout the year, but to be considered for July’s WedMaine section, you must submit your photos by Sunday April 3, 2022.

For each wedding, you must:

-Submit 20 to 40 low-res shots of the wedding: getting ready, the ceremony, reception, food, details, scenic shots, couple shots, etc., to Filemail here.

-Label files and folder with photographer name then couple name (e.g. Brown_Tasha and Jeff).

-Fill out the form below.

By submitting these photos, I agree to the following:

• My images may be used by Advocate Media USA for use in their publications, social media,

online, and in special publications for marketing and advertising purposes.

• The submitted photos are my own work and I own all copyrights to the images.

• I have permission from the featured couple to submit these images.

• The wedding was held in Maine.

• I understand that I will be credited for my work in the magazine masthead, on the story where featured, and wherever shown online.

• I understand that if my work is chosen to be featured online, I will receive no monetary compensation for my submission.
