The Territory, a brand-new documentary from director Alex Pritz, producer Darren Aronofsky, and the team at National Geographic, makes its debut at Center Theatre this weekend. The film, which was partially shot by the Uru-eu-wau-wau people in the Brazilian Amazon, offers a glimpse into the high-stakes struggle between the Indigenous people and farmers who are illegally deforesting protected land. Get a sneak peek before the documentary begins streaming on Disney+ next month!

Make your way to Onggi in Portland on Saturday for a Meet and Greet with Eric Kim, New York Times food writer and the author of the brand-new cookbook Korean American: Food That Tastes Like Home. While the Onggi team serves snacks and drinks inspired by the author’s Korean heritage and Atlanta upbringing, Kim will be available to answer questions, say hello, and sign copies.
