STRIVE’s 15th annual live and silent auction. Proceeds support young adults 11-24 with cognitive + intellectual disabilities as they embark on new adventures through the programs + services of STRIVE.
Come Shine with us at Spurwink’s annual Humanitarian Award Gala which celebrates Spurwink’s impact, increase access to critical behavioral health needs, and honors community leaders who make Maine a healthier place to live and work. The recipient of this year’s Humanitarian is Westbrook Police Chief Janine Roberts, and The Boulos Company will receive the Corporate Care Award.

Holiday Dash
Join Portland Trails & Ri Ra Irish Pub for a Portland holiday tradition, featuring local craft brews! Run the trails in your festive gear, and enjoy a hearty beer-brunch with some winter cheer. We will run (and brunch) through snow, shine, wind or sleet! Race starts at 11:00am, with a hearty brunch by RiRa Irish Pub to follow! Portland Nutcraker Experience at Brick South
An immersive experience for the entire family with the Portland Bach Experience and Thompson’s Point! The event will feature a Nutcracker dance-along with live orchestra and prima ballerinas, crafts + cookies, breakfast cocktails + full bar, ice skating discounts, and hot chocolate.

This year LifeFlight of Maine is replacing the annual in-person Islesboro Crossing fundraiser with iX2020—a virtual alternative where participants can swim or paddle anywhere to support LifeFlight. Participants will have between August 1 and August 16 to complete their crossing, so register today and support this great cause!

Junior Achievement Maine Business Hall of Fame Virtual Event
Traditionally held as a live ballroom event, this year’s Hall of Fame ceremony will be held virtually with no cost to attend. In addition to honoring the three newest Maine Business Hall of Fame Honorees, the event will feature pre-show talent, the induction of JA’s 2020 laureates, and you will hear from JA students and volunteers about the impact of Junior Achievement, inspiring youth toward economic success.

Cruisin’ for a Cure
Cruisin’ for a Cure is a new motorcycle ride to support the American Cancer Society’s fight against pediatric cancer. On Saturday, Sept. 19, registration will start at 9 a.m. at L-A Harley-Davidson in Lewiston.
