Country legend, Larry Gatlin, brings his acoustic one-man show to our stage! A reschedule from last year, we’ve been anxiously awaiting his return. As part of the Grammy award winning trio, the Gatlin Brothers, Larry has played music for more than 60 years across the globe. We’re fortunate to have him bring his exclusive solo act to Vinegar Hill.

Walking Tour of Camden, Maine
The Camden Public Library and the Camden Downtown Business Group host free walking tours of downtown Camden every Friday at 4:00 pm from June 30 to September 8th. The tours begin at the Children’s Garden of the Camden Public Library on Atlantic Avenue and end at the Opera House. Take the entire tour or just show up at the Opera House front doors at 4:45 for a behind the scenes look at our beautiful restored interior and fun facts including a five minute historic slide show!
HenryFest
HenryFest is the fun, family-oriented outdoor music festival held every September. Over 1,000 people come together to celebrate community and music.
30th Laudholm Nature Crafts Festival
This prestigious event brings more than 100 artisans, selected by jury, to exhibit their wares for thousands of browsers. Music and food round out of the 2-day festival.
Peter Cincotti
Now 33, Peter Cincotti was anointed by The New York Times at age 18 as ‘one of the most promising singer-pianists of the next generation.’ That same year, his debut album hit the top of the Billboard jazz charts, making him the youngest artist to ever achieve that distinction.
Benefit Concert – Lettuce
Maine native and founding member of the band Lettuce, saxophonist Ryan Zoidis, spearheads a benefit concert to help end child hunger in Maine. Join us on Portland’s waterfront this September 15 for Lettuce’s signature funk sound and a great cause featuring special guest Chali 2na with Percy Hill and Armies.
LobsterJam Triathlon
This event brings together athletes of all ages and abilities who enjoy being active and want to raise money for a great cause. This race is for athletes who would like to do a triathlon in a smaller, less competitive atmosphere.
John Waite
John Waite returns with “The 40th Anniversary Tour” in 2017, promising an evening of songs, stories and Q&A. We are so excited to welcome him back and look forward to hearing his Number One Hits, “Missing You” and “When I See You Smile” which was performed while he was a member of the band, Bad English.
Farm to Table Tasting Event
Join Wolfe’s Neck Farm for an afternoon of great food from Frontier Cafe and Gather, and a live and silent art auction featuring local artists. Visit a variety of tasting stations for delicious food and bring home an original piece of art.
