Roger Martin
Roger Martin, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Unum US, is responsible for all financial, actuarial, and planning functions within the Unum US organization.
Roger joined Unum in 1996 as a 2nd Vice President for Long Term Care. Following the merger in 1999 with Provident, he was promoted to Vice President of Business Analysis and in 2003 promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Actuary. Roger graduated magna cum laude from Assumption College. Roger is a Fellow to the Society of Actuaries, where he serves as Chairman of the Group Long Term Disability Committee. He is a member of the board of directors for the Gulf of Maine Research Institute and Boys to Men organization.
Married with 2 sons, Roger resides in Scarborough, Maine.
Drew Wing
Drew Wing is the Executive Director of Boys to Men. Drew moved into the position of director after several years as a business developer for a commercial construction company. Prior to that he owned and operated his own residential construction company and led several multifamily housing development projects. While at Michigan State University, Drew received an undergraduate degree in Employment Relations and most recently completed his Master’s degree in Theology at Bangor Theological Seminary. His goal has been to become involved with pastoral counseling and social service work, making Boys to Men a perfect fit for his education, interests and experience. Drew is an avid outdoorsman and takes every opportunity get out in the woods and on the water. He resides in Freeport with his wife, Kim and two children, Lucy and Gus.
Dameron Midgette
Dameron Midgette is the owner of Body Knowledge. He is a constant learner with a passion for the connection between things and the experience of living. Dameron has recently acknowledged that understanding is much less valuable than feeling and experience. A lot of the exploration has heavily involved that basic canvas of living, the body.
With a formal background in exercise science, martial arts, bodywork, movement therapy, dance, competitive athletics, and various spiritual lineages, many perspectives inform his approach to health and living in the world. Dameron currently teaches group classes in martial arts and fulfilling our ultimate physical and creative potential, as well as seeing individual clients for specific work resolving old patterns and re-discovering choice, freedom and health.
