Chris Lynch, a Massachusetts native and Bates College graduate, spent the first 17 years of his career working on Wall Street. In 2006, Chris founded Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty. He is the President and Owner of this market leading luxury property company with offices in Portland, Camden, Kennebunk and Brunswick. The company has grown to more than 50 agents and now ranks among the top 10 real estate companies in Maine. Chris holds real estate leadership positions serving on the Board of Directors for the Maine Real Estate Listing System and the Maine Association of Realtors. He also serves on the Board of Corporators for Maine Health and the Board of the Greater Portland Regional Chamber of Commerce. He resides in Cape Elizabeth with his wife and four children.

Lisa Medina
Lisa Medina received her bachelor’s degree from University of Delaware and her master’s degree from Emerson College in Communication Management. Lisa has spent the last year and half employed at the American Diabetes Association as the Special Events Manager for the Kennebunks Tour de Cure. The Tour de Cure is a fundraising cycling event held in Wells, ME to benefit the American Diabetes Association. The Tour is a ride, not a race, with routes designed for everyone from the occasional rider to the experienced cyclist. The Tour recognizes participants living with type 1, type 2, or gestational diabetes as “Red Riders” and we encourage those individuals to use their bikes to get healthy and stay active.
Rick Taranto
A Boston resident for many years, Rick Taranto purchased a second home in Kennebunk in 2010 and began his love affair with Maine. Following a successful 15-year career in operations, sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, Rick recently launched Details Event Staging, a provider of unique and stylish furniture, tabletop and accessories for weddings and events. Rick holds a bachelor’s degree in zoology from University of Rhode Island and an MBA from Boston College.
