Dr. Christopher Toth, DPM

Dr. Christopher Toth, is a board-certified foot surgeon at Akari’s Medispa in Portland, Maine. Dr. Toth graduated with combined science and business degrees from McGill University in Montreal and completed his medical education at Temple University in Philadelphia. His internship and surgical residency was performed at Cornell University Hospital and Mount Sinai School of Medicine and was followed by a fellowship in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery in Atlanta, Georgia.  Dr. Toth is on the surgical staff at Goodall Hospital, Southern Maine Medical Center and York Hospital.

Will Thomas

Will Thomas is a 03 graduate of Bowdoin College and experienced triathlete and race director, with years working to promote endurance athletics in Northern New England. In March, 2006, he established Tri-Maine Productions.   Will has an extensive background in event management that has spanned over a decade and 80+ races.  Regardless of his job, Will never tires of the adrenaline-filled world of racing.

Tri-Maine Productions is an experientially-based, entreprenuerial company based out of Portland, ME. It was formed in response to the growing demand for high-quality multisport events in Maine. Tri-Maine Productions owns and/or manages a number of race properties, ranging in scope from local road races to highly complex triathlons with hundreds of competitors. Annually, Tri-Maine events attract over 3,000 athletes, 500 volunteers, and thousands of spectators.

John Rogers has been  involved with  the running and walking products industry for over 20 years. John  opened Maine Running Company in 2005. Since then, MRC has been nominated as one of the top three new running stores in the U.S. in 2006 by The Running Network, and was voted Best Running Store, New England in 2007 by Runner’s World, as well as being named to the Top Fifty Stores In America in 2008, 2010, 2011 and 2012.  Prior to opening MRC, John worked in various product and marketing executive positions in the Running, Walking and Outdoor categories within the industry, including Reebok and Mizuno as VP of Marketing.

John is actively involved in supporting Portland Trails sponsoring and supporting the Weekly Back Cove 5K Series each summer to raise money to maintain and support Portland’s Trail Network. John writes a Maine Running Blog on MaineToday.com. He is a strong supporter of the Maine Cancer Foundation and The Center For Grieving Children, sponsoring many events for both Non-Profits. He also serves on both the Center For Grieving Children and Girls On The Run Board of Directors.
