Tosha Silver

Tosha Silver “writes and teaches about aligning with the inner Divine.” She graduated from Yale with a degree in English Literature, but along the way fell madly in love with metaphysics and yogic philosophy.

Her new book Outrageous Openness: Letting the Divine Take the Lead can show anyone who is open how to move with the Divine flow in absolutely any circumstance. This book is a compilation of funny, irreverently reverent stories on aligning with the Divine in daily way. Tohsa lives near San Francisco and also writes a popular spiritual column at examiner.com.

Jane Burdick, Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and meditation teacher

Jane Burdick

Jane Burdick has been a teacher of The Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education for twenty years. The Method puts forward a new model for aging using both a hands-on approach as well as a vocabulary of over a thousand slow movement explorations. These are designed to uncover our unconscious holding patterns and, at the same time, offer a fresh experience of ease and lack of pain in everyday movement. Curiosity, awareness, and a willingness to slow down are the major tools. Jane is in private practice in Portland and also teaches workshops and leads a weekly meditation group.
