Depression or anxiety often accompany times  of transition. These feelings can be alleviated by addressing current problems and working through the underlying issues. Life challenges can be connected to childhood or early experiences. Working through childhood or attachment issues can prove liberating — patterns that have been ingrained from an early age, that promote unhealthy choices can be changed. New, healthy choices can result. Life changing alternatives present themselves as you utilize the healing potential of your own psyche.  The psyche – like the body – has an innate healing nature. This guides her practice. The use of the unconscious to facilitate that healing is powerful. Being a part of that healing process is a privilege and requires a relationship between the therapist and client that is honest, nurturing, and respectful.
