Avery Kamila

Our first featured guest is, Avery Kamila, natural food writer for the Portland Press Herald. Avery Yale Kamila grew up on an organic farm in Maine and became a vegetarian while working at a fast food restaurant as a teenager. She writes the weekly Natural Foodie column for the Portland Press Herald, where she works as a reporter, and has yet to meet a kale salad she doesn’t like.
