Dr. Connor Moore

Dr. Connor Moore is a retired physician and author who received his doctor of medicine from Cornell University and completed his pediatric residency at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. Dr. Moore and his family came to the Saco/Biddeford area in 1968 and he participated in both group and solo practice in that area for the next forty years. During this time he was the staff pediatrician at Sweetser Children’s Home, Thornton Academy physician, and Biddeford School physician. Dr. Moore was awarded the Caregiver of the Year Award from Southern Maine Medical Center in 2004—the first time the award was ever given to a physician and non-employee. He received the Carl Pendelton Award from Sweetser Children’s Home in 2005 and the Academy of Pediatrics 35 Year Recognition Award in 2003.
