Mark Carter

Mark Carter is an Architect, having worked in his native Maine for over 32 years. In 2009, he, along with five other men, founded Neighbors First, Inc., a faith-based non-profit corporation focused on serving the needs of our poorest neighbors through construction related projects. With the selfless generosity of many donors and volunteers throughout Maine and beyond, Neighbors First has extended God’s compassion and hope to individuals, families, widows, and orphans in Northern Maine, Central America, and South America. Mark and his wife Debbie live in Presque Isle, and have been blessed with each other, three children, and three grandchildren.
