Peter Vigue

Peter Vigue, or “Pete,” serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Cianbro Companies. Vigue served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cianbro Corporation since 1991 and its President from 1991 to 2008. He has been the Chairman of Cianbro Corporation since January 1, 2008. He served as the Chairman of Maine Economic Research Institute, Chairman of Maine Chamber of Commerce and Mayor of Town of Pittsfield, ME. He has been a Director of Cianbro Corporation since January 1, 2008; TD Bank US Holding Company since 2006 and TD Bank, N.A (also known as TD Banknorth Inc.) since 2006. He served as a Member of Advisory Board at Ocean Energy Institute. He served as a Board Member of TD Banknorth Maine Advisory Board. He served as a Member of Executive Board for Construction Industry Roundtable. Mr. Vigue also served as a Director of Eastern Maine Healthcare Systems, Trustee of Maine Central Institute and served Chairman of University of Maine Pulp and Paper Foundation.
