Rebecca Falzano
Rebecca Falzano of Lung Cancer Leaders and Managing Editor at Maine Home + Design is a lung cancer survivor and advocate, working with the group Lung Cancer Leaders to raise awareness and reverse the stigma surrounding lung cancer. A nonsmoker, she was diagnosed in 2010 at the age of 28, just five months before her wedding day. Rebecca moved to Maine from New York City where she worked for publications including Condé Nast Traveler, Metro New York, and an architectural lighting magazine. Rebecca is now the managing editor of Maine Home + Design magazine, and she loves uncovering architectural masterpieces all over the state. She spends her spare time exploring local hiking trails with her husband, Steve, and working on their home, a sweet little Colonial in the Falmouth woods. They are expecting their first child in January, and are hoping he/she will be considered a Mainer.
